Yes, this is the maximum amount of sun this north-western piece of land gets during fall. The guys say it looks more welcoming in summer, and I really hope the sun will return in spring.
We've also got some soil issues, as it is very clay-rich, and earth worms are building mud towers everywhere, but hey, this is a good sign, isn't it? :) The soil is vital, just needs a bit of extra care.
Challenge? Yes. Fun? Definitely! Got my hands on some shade-tolerant plants already and I'm ready to roll, but that comes in next posts. Follow the updates! *it will be easier as soon as I find the way to add the "follow" button :)
Всё началось с сада. На самом деле, это уже не первый сад в моей жизни, и о других проектах я тоже обязательно напишу, но вот идея завести блог появилась именно после знакомства с этим затенённым кусочком земли в Инсбруке. Участок настолько суров, что земляные черви начали строить крепость из грязи, но это же отличный знак, что земля полна жизни! Осталось взять лопату в руки, подмешать немного компоста и опилок в этот суглинок и дело в шляпе ;)
Первая партия тенелюбивых растений уже ждёт посадки, солнце вернётся весной, и сад заиграет новыми красками.
